Puppy School

Our puppy school is geared to provide you and your new family member the very best start possible.

We provide lots of socialisation opportunities, not only with other puppies and adult dogs, but also people and a wide variety of objects and situations that will help your pup develop into a well adapted family member.

When can we start?

Your puppy can start from 8 weeks old – or a week after its second set of inoculations. We do not run a strict 6 or 8-week course. For us it is important that your pup develops to its potential. Sometimes it takes 6 weeks, sometimes a little less or a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated on your progress.

What happens after puppy school?

We offer a full range of obedience training for dogs of all ages. You are welcome to move up to the next level and stay with us. The choice is yours.

When are the puppy classes?

We have classes every Saturday and Sunday morning. One class from 08:00 to 09:00, and the other from 09:00 to 10:00.

Dog Training

We offer dog training classes for dogs of all breeds and ages, and their owners young and old. It does not matter whether you or your dog have had prior training or experience. We can accommodate you.

Our classes are geared for “domestic obedience”, i.e. developing a structured, harmonious, relationship with your dog.

When can we start?

You can start right away. Depending on whether you have had previous experience or not, and your specific needs, we can either slot you into a class, or provide a few individual sessions with a trainer, to get you started.

I have a problem with my dog, can you help?

Yes. Feel free to discuss your problems and needs with us. In some cases joining a class is a good start to addressing behavioural issues, while others may require more specialised attention. We’ll discuss the options with you.

When are the classes?

We have classes every Saturday and Sunday morning. One class from 08:00 to 09:00, and the other from 09:00 to 10:00.

Behaviour Consulting

Dogs are more integrated into modern families than ever before. In many households, they share all the living spaces and partake in all the activities of their human families.

While we generally get along amazingly well, humans and dogs are still very, very different from one another. When you consider that we communicate by means of a very broken combination of word associations and sign/body language, it is clear that misunderstandings happen, and they happen frequently.

Sometimes problems arise that are so difficult to deal with, that the lead to conflict and unhappiness.

How can we help you?

We have a team of qualified and experienced behaviourists, who specialise in addressing behaviour problems. Send us a message or give us a call to make and appointment.

Kennels

Our kennels here are spacious, around 35 to 40 square meters each. Think big cozy sleeping spots with toasty lights for those chilly winter days and a relaxing veranda for when it gets too hot or rainy outside. Plus, our kennels are nestled under shady trees to keep your furry friends cool and comfy.

We make sure your pups get their daily dose of fun and exercise, with our dedicated staff always on hand. With your permission, we treat them to large knuckle bones and yummy chew toys to keep boredom at bay while they’re in their cozy retreats. And hey, if your dog prefers some company, we can pair them up with a friendly nanny dog so they never feel lonely. Stressed dogs? Not here. We’re all about spacious digs and happy tails, no cramped crates or tiny kennels—except, of course, for those adorable tiny pups, who get an appropriately smaller space, with all the other perks included!

We can accommodate you, whether you need overnight accommodation or an extended stay for your pet. For holiday accommodation, we recommend that you book your furry friend’s spot as soon as you have your holiday planned. Contact us if you have a family emergency and require short term accommodation at short notice.

In-board Training

Our in-board training programme is ideal for dogs that require intensive training. Your furry friend will experience a customized training regimen spanning a minimum of 3 weeks, with daily sessions dedicated to mastering essential skills. During their stay in our kennels, your dog will learn everything from lead manners to obedience commands like sitting, downing, and recall. We also focus on familiarising them with grooming and vet visits for a stress-free experience.

Our program welcomes family involvement, encouraging loved ones to join in on the training process during weekend visits and skill handovers. After completion, families will attend 3 additional sessions for a seamless transition. We keep you updated with daily photos, videos, and feedback to witness your pup’s progress firsthand.
